Roelly Winklaar 2012

I am finally back to training after getting my jaw surgery. As a kid I had a lot of trouble with my teeth. People always act surprised with I tell them this, as if I’m making it up. I think they forget we are not machines. We can have the same problems they do.


When I first started back after surgery, eating was not good. In fact, it was very painful. So I had to take a break. I ended up going on a holiday to Curacaou because it took three months before my jaw was fully recovered.


Now that my training and eating are going well, my power is starting to come back. I came back to Holland for Grandma to have a look at my physique and choose what we needed to do.
Grandma made some changes to my training. We are doing things we haven’t done before, and we will see how my back and chest respond to the new training and nutrition. I’ll be keeping you guys posted on how it goes.

Au moins il a fait un break apres son operation , ca va peut etre lui etre benefique !

Roelly Winklaar Blog: Back on Track after the Dentist
A few months back, Roelly Winklaar had some jaw surgery done. He says it was difficult to eat afterwards and it put a damper on his training. Now he's back in the gym and training with "Grandma" Sibil Peeters. Here are some pics of the "Dutch Beast" getting the a-ok from his dentist and a little note from Winklaar himself:

Il a l"air plutot sec comparé a d'habitude , 'doit pas etre loin d'une compete , le FIBO peut etre ??

sa serai bien de le voir en compete ôur voir sont sa progression
