C'est drôle comme ça mais ... c'est juste la vérité. bras, dos, pecs ... c'est pas ça. Il y a d'autres athlètes qui ont aussi pareil jambes et épaules ( en beaucoup moins bien) sur lesquels on fait beaucoup de tapage.

Ben j'ai vu Ben que 3 fois depuis que je suis au Canada. Aux nationaux 2008 quand il a pris sa carte et moi la dernière place en lourd lol ... Aux nationaux 2010 quand j'ai pris les superlourds ... Et au Toronto Pro Supershow. Je trouve qu'il a fait un très bon début de pro en 2009, mais ensuite il a juste commencé à (trop) grossir. Il a encore pris aux jambes et son ventre, sa taille s'est élargie. Quand je l'ai vu au Toronto il fait assez moyen surtout le haut ! Quand tu le vois hors saison c'est toujours pareil on dirait un gars normal, tu te dirai même pas qu'il est pro, donc il est soit en pantacourt soit en short lol

Je te demande ça parceque je suis assez d'accord avec toi sur le fait que ses débuts Pro étaient encourageants, et que depuis.... Bah il est tout lisse.
Par contre c'est cerrtain qu'en short ou pantacourt on doit comprendre qu'il est Pro ^^

I have been giving extra attention to bringing up my chest and back over the last two months. My ability to contract the muscles is way better than what it had been in the past. My pumps are painful and the roundness and fullness has improved as much as I could have ever imagined. One of my favorite parts of being a bodybuilder is trying to pack on as much muscle as possible in the offseason, so that when you get shredded for your next contest, its almost like unwrapping a gift. You get to see the result of all that hard work and meticulous attention to perfect form.
Now that I boast about how awesome my training has been and how much my chest is growing, how about I share my secrets to why my chest is growing almost at will, it seems. You all know me as a stickler for form. I am constantly trying to learn the absolute best way to train every muscle, and be able to explain and prove why that way is the best.
The basic idea behind “perfect” form, of course, also depends on your specific goals. In my case, the goal is maximum muscle growth. The factors to consider when assessing an exercise are simple: does it create maximum and continuous tension, and does it take a muscle through a full range of motion. As you’ve all heard before: Muscles don’t know how much weight you’re lifting, they only know TENSION. A question I’m always asking myself is: How do I create greater tension?
By now, many of you have heard of the technique that I use, called “intention”. This is the simple idea of generating greater muscular tension by exerting force in certain directions. For chest, simply try shoving your hands toward each other on barbell exercises. Its hard to do as the weight gets heavy, but give it a shot on your warm up sets, the tension on the muscle will blow your mind. Try to keep the squeeze through the entire range of motion.
Here is a sample of what my workouts have looked like lately: Incline barbell press (heavy) 5x6**, Incline dumbbell fly 4x8**(plus one warm up set) Flat Machine press 4x8** Incline dumbbell press 4x12** Dips 3 sets to failure. (**last set of every exercise is “NOS” set ending with forced negatives to complete muscular failure)
Please do NOT try this without a very competent spotter. This is a VERY advanced workout designed to take my muscle to complete failure to ensure maximum growth. Make sure you have adequate BCAA/Glutamine/Vitargo or Karbolyn) ready to go to start the recovery process asap. Better yet, drink it during the workout. Always ensure you are in complete control of the weight, especially at the extremes of the range of motion.

Il était sur quel stand ? Je vois son t shirt QNT. C'est le sponsor actuel de Chris Cormier et l'ancien de Roelly. Il était avec Muscletech à une époque je crois. Mais c'était l'époque où Muscletech prenait n'importe qui. Je sais qu'il est avec Flex, et Gasp mais pour les suppléments j'ai jamais su avec quelle compagnie il a été ou il est en ce moment ...

Pakulski Teams Up with Training with Guru Charles Poliquin by Ben Pakulski on Nov 16, 2011 People have been asking how training has been and how I expect the 2012 contest season to pan out. So here goes….
I've been training consistently, training hard, and most importantly training SMART. Those of you that follow me on facebook or on my email newsletter know that I have been lucky enough to work with training legend and genius, Charles Poliquin.
I first went to work with Charles in May, when he brought me out to shoot some pictures for his upcoming book. I had been reading his stuff since I was a kid in high school so this was a big deal to me. For those of you that don’t know of Charles, he is basically the guy writing the textbooks. He is the guy teaching YOUR trainers….for the last 25 years or so.
My first experience with him was eye opening. He has trained so many Olympic and world champion athletes, the guy just straight “gets” what it takes to demand the most of your body. I don’t think ive learned more about nutrition and supplements in my life. I wish I had a note pad or tape recorder. (That would’ve looked cool!)
Charles trained me at least twice a day every day for 5 days. (there was one day where we trained 3 times). The way this guy views the body is incredible. He can look at someone and notice something tiny like a minor rotation at the shoulder, fix it, and now you feel the exercise completely differently.
Charles completely overhauled my nutrition and supplement regime. Within 3 weeks I felt like a new man. No more ups and downs in energy. My workout pumps were insane!
It was an eye opening week for me, and definitely changed my approach to many things. So much so that I INSISTED that Charles and I put on a Hypertrophy Camp so that my clients, friends and fans could benefit from the experience I just had.
(Its in January, and sold out in 48hrs. I will do my best to make sure there is more in the future don’t worry.) I will be sure to blog all about it on here and on my personal website.
Anyway, this week with Poliquin made me realize something about the fitness and bodybuilding industry. It made me realize that the GAP between the people at the top, and the people who may just be starting out, or have less knowledge in the area is ENORMOUS. It is probably greater than any other athletic endeavor.
The things that beginners believe to be true, and the things that the authorities KNOW to be true are completely different. It really set me thinking about WHY? Why is everything just so UNCERTAIN in our industry? Why aren’t people getting more accurate information?
After leaving Rhode Island that week, I started writing down everything I saw that was an example of what people could improve on. Where was the real gap in nutrition, exercise execution, exercise concepts etc. Why aren’t people getting the results theyre after?
It really seemed to boil down to just a few basic things that could be fixed to allow more people to achieve the goals they set for themselves. The problem is that everyone is making the same mistakes, so it’s the blind leading the blind scenario.
Take this week to find some thing that YOU can improve about your training. Next week nutrition. The weekly after that, flexibility or mental focus.
Hopefully I stimulate some of you to go out and seek the best information. Don’t assume you CANT build muscle or CANT get lean. Maybe you just haven’t found the best info out there. Always consider your sources!!

10 weeks out and I am 5 days into my prep for the FLEX Pro!
The week has gone flawlessly, and I am dropping weight already.
Started the diet around 312 this year, heavier than I have ever been in the past. More on that in a minute.
What ive been up to:
