Bon ba encore un titre cette année pour Rhoden.
Le plateau en 212 est plutôt pas mal avec Lewis, Al Haddad, Raymond, Correa, et Butt qui va peut être pouvoir faire quelque chose de pas trop mal, à voir..

Une belle competition.

C'est l'année Rhoden il va gagner je pense.

En moins de 212 ça va être une grosse bataille. Lewis chez lui s' il est en condition c'est pour lui.

18 - Oliver Adzievski - Big! Still soft in glutes, better than Dallas though.

19 - Sami Al Haddad - FUCK!!!! Shredded, full, best I've ever seen him. Tiny waist. Dry as hell, looks thick. No fat left ANYWHERE!!!! I can see his internal organs he's so ripped!!! UNREAL!!!

20 - Khalid Almohsinawi - My dark horse threat pick. Chest is BRUTAL!!! Quads nice and dry, harder than Finland. Glutes, hams sick!!! Looks 230lbs up there!!! Traps, back shots are NASTYYYYY!!! Nice nasty of course! Monster...

21 - John Armstrong - Competed here last year, went from 280lbs to 202 in 12 weeks! Tan is poor, too light, patchy. Shredded...Rushing his poses, slow down John! Wide back, looks good! Quads are dry, hard. Wide shoulders.

22 - Markus Becht - From Germany! Nice shape, great taper, good legs, nice shape overall in fact. Skin could be thinner compared to other guys like Sami and Khalid. Not bad at all. Thick abs, nice!

23 - William Bonac - Whoah!!! Crowd loves him...Massive, thick, quads are crazy I tells ya! Glutes are SHREDDED!@!@!! Back shots could rival Sami and Flex. Needs to watch that waistline for the future, nice skin tone, looks healthy, a quality physique. He impressed me a LOT in Dallas when he took 3rd behind Tricky and Henry.

24 - Masoom "Mais" - Comes alive when he poses! Looks flat then boom, he poses and everything goes POP!!! Nice tan, dry as hell itself! quads are striated ALL over! Oh man, those back shots are IMPRESSIVE!!! HUGE guns, triceps are freaky. Could still fill out a bit more tonight I think for tomorrow.

25 - Guy Cisternino - Thick! Great legs, didn't realise he was this good actually. Hams are hanging bit time! Glutes are sick. Lat spread needs more thickness, quads are real good.

26 - Edwardo Correa - MASSIVE!!! Freaky arms, quads are peeled, So much thickness I'm traumatised by it!!!! Been skinned then pained brown, who DID THIS??? We need answers, poor Edwardo, he must be in pain! Rear double bicep is shockingly good! Glutes are shredded beyond belief. Quads still need more sweep, so much detail!

27 - Edward Duque - From Venezuela. Holding a bit of water which blurs separation. Loads of muscle, but 4-5 pounds too heavy. Big, thick chap but this lineup will leave him behind. Would like to see him lighter and tighter! Huge beastly legs.

28 - Fauzi Hanst - Been working with Simon Fan after the Finland pro, 100% improved! HUGE!!! Wide frame, carries a lot of tissue on it too. Tan is awesome. Ripped pec a little distracting, I'm glad he dropped the bodyweight from the Nordic pro. Looks so much better for it, wide as buggery!

29 - Shavis Higa - Wow, looked so small when he came out then stood and flexed and everything exploded especially his quads! Great shape, looks like a mini-Hidetada! Neat package, no real flaws here, a worthy contender.

30 - Hennie Kotze - Did this show last year, lean but not dry, could dry out tonight to improve for tomorrow's finals. Chest is bursting with detail.

31 - Flex Lewis - Crowd gone NUTSSSSS!!!! Looks full, huge in fact!!! Jesus! Full, shredded, glutes are umm, I don't have the words to describe it!!! So much better than last year, Hams are SICK!!!! Separated, tan perfect. Holy shit.

32 - James Llewellin - HARD!!! Dry, best condition I've seen from him since he won British in 2008 as an 80kg! Glutes, hams are WOWZAH!!! No, that deserves a Zowee Cavey! Legs lost size maybe? Looks a tad flat. I'll have a word with him after methinks.

33 - Manuel Manchado - No way is he 212??? Huge, tall too! Loads of size, no 'wow' factor but boatloads of beef. Looks 230 plus...Good condition, could be drier to increase separation. Massive wide thick traps...Needs to be fuller. Great intercostals. Giant delts!
