34 - Fernando Noronha - I remember this guy from last year, changed his name though I'm sure of it? Perfect tan, dry dry DRY!!! Back shots are something else, fantastic taper, pleasing lines. A nice physique all round!!! Great skin tone. Flows nicely

35 - Nana Manu - Little Flex Wheeler! Saw him 4 weeks ago guest posing where he looked poor, he's pulled it out the bag! Smaller of the guys but those lines are stunning. Tightest he's been since he won the 80kg British in 2009. Finally stopped worrying about bodyweight, well done Nana! This is more like it mate!

36 - Lee Powell - Ripped, pec tear looks bad, legs have lost some size. Flexing too hard, shaking a lot. Never seen him with ripped glutes before! Legs looks flat and lifeless, could fill out tonight. Huge delts and arms. Nice tan.

37 - Jose Raymond "Boston Mass"- Scary amount of mass! Tan is perfect, front double bicep is a show stopper. Hard, great separation this time out. Glutes are CRAZY! Hams have been butchered!! Best I've seen him.

38 - Vincente Santasmaria - Big little guy! Triceps looks torn? Chunky, back is ultra thick and wide. Glutes big soft. Needs bigger arms and quads. Will get swallowed up in this lineup.

39 - Michael Sheridan - Thought he didn't make the weigh-in? Really good condition, stomach looks better than it has been in the past - Flatter! Thickly muscled guy, shape has suffered a little over the years.

- Sami is sheer poetry in motion! Khalid next to him comparing VERY well I think. Armstrong needs to address tan for tomorrow!

Numbers 24 à 29 now...

- A strong lineup, Masoom, Guy and Edwardo really shining here. I didn't every really rate Guy before this but he is REALLY good I think.

- Guy looks a little watery next to Edwardo though! Shit...Edwardo's mad condition is really highlighted when he's next to others.

- Masoom looks quality.

- Love Shavis' shape! Such a nice physique, smaller than the rest but like Hide he can hold his own with bigger chaps.

- I think Edwardo's structure will really not hold up to Sami and Flex, that's my honest take. I think Jose could actually place ahead of Edwardo.

Numbers 30 à 35

- Flex dominating this one, no shocks there.

- Nana is really holding his own for a guy that doesn't even weigh 180!

- Flex is so full, he's bursting with detail. Jesus, those rear shots are jaw droppers.

- Llewellin in the shape of his life, have seen him this hard before but not at this heavier weight. Nice.

- Jose killing everyone here, I like him better than Edwardo here today, a much better look IMO.

- Jose's arms and delts in the rear double bicep is Amaze-balls! Tavernier did a great job with his tan, looks perfect. Needs to keep that stomach under control though or the judges will pull him down for it.

Guy Cisternino ,very full front lat spread. Striated glutes, great most muscular, blasting full. Can be tighter in abs

Fauzi hanst. Great front lat spread. Moved down from open class very good side chest, intercoastals are sharp very good showing he just happends to be in the greatest 212 show in the histtory...these guys are in shape!!!

shavis higa from hawaii never seen him before great balance and good seperation, nice quads and prett darn hard too. Looks like 170 pounds or so, good bber with lots potential. Crowd here likes him
Hennie kotze s afrida in shape little on flat side

Flex lewis marvelous shaped standing there, striated glutes, round delts nd arms. Rounder then his win in vegas not as tight. I think he will have tougher time winning with all firsts. Vry very good but a smiden not as tight as vegas.

James llewellin from wales. Straited glutes nice back double he is in good shape and he is round and he is good. Oly knock is haveing folllowing lewis very very good abs

Manual manchado from spain good front double, really opens up in that shot. Looks full from the front glutes are soft....in comparison of these guys before him. Legs are nicely seperated. Pecs are striated

Fernando maradona better here then in vegas nice front double glutes are shredded christmas tree is on the money slight flat look in some shots great color overall a very very good showing for maradona

Nana Manu another impresssive UK dude. Nice shape hard flows well, just "small" for this line up like a jr version of marvin ward minus the cheating on diet

Lee powell thickly muscled but not at his best.

jose raymond thick. As Hell and in great shape. Hams are diced glutes are torn. Could be more detailed in back double quads for u nut jobs...are sliced and seperated. Front double is excellent complete with big vaccum, could be darker.

michael sheridan UK also been on the scene a long time In good shape, low body fat a little water here in there and little distention. But overall hard looking.

- For me, standouts when I scan across the lineup is Sami, Khalid, Bonac, Masoom, Edwardo, Flex and Jose. Nana and Shavis for smaller guys too really doing themselves proud.

1st callout - Sami, Bonac, Masoom, Edwardo, Flex and Jose...

- Moving Flex next to Sami and Bonac next to Sami. Interesting!

- Bonac really impressing me here, so dry. Flex and Sami so close.

- Moving Bonac next to Edwardo now.

- Jose looks REALLY good up there.

- Sami has better chest than Flex but Flex takes him on quads.

- Rear double bicep; too close to call between Sami and Flex.

- Masoom getting a little outclassed in this callout. Too flat.

- Sami looks thicker than Flex, I'd have Bonac ahead of Edwardo.

Gilles : Moving the same callout around now.

- I want to decide between Jose and Edwardo, both have strengths over each other.

- Sami and Flex!!!! So close. I can't decide!!!! Aaarghhhhh!!!!

Standing lewis is clear winner. Amazing stance truly looks perfect. I have sami and jose fighting for third bonac sort of disappeared when compared and butt needs to have four more pounds mass

- Powell shaking and trembling, needs to relax the way he hits his shots a bit, the detail is there, just needs to calm himself I think.

- Guy getting a little outmassed in the upper body by some of the others but he's a quality shape that's outshining the others. Condition is great too. Glutes are hams are Flex Lewis-like, it's weird!

1 - Jaime Atienza, Spain - Big, big guy! Delts, arms are scary big, lacks a bit of separation but so much muscle, too much oil maybe? Looks 270 at least I'd say. Wide!!!!!!!!

2 - Grigori Atoyan - Former Mr USA, good tan, better than Dallas! Quads are sliced up. Good balance, could fill out a bit more for tomorrow.

3 - Thomas Benagli - Italy's finest! Using the gold Dream Tan, doesn't look good. Shame as he's in condition, sharper than Nordic pro. I've said it for a while that this guy has potential.

4 - Elvis Brown - Hanging with so much muscle but doesn't flow the best. Glutes soft, just a totally huge guy.

5 - Cecil Croasdaile - Pro debut! Flat, looked better at the British last year when he won the supers and overall. Chest hasn't improved and it needed to. Legs are great from the side but not popping like normal. Could dry out and fill out if he gets the next 24 hours right.

6 - Eric Fankhouser - Fuck me! Legs are sliced to hell. Tan is awesome, upper body is slowly catching up them epic pins of his! Needs calves? Ha ha. I like his condition, back shots improved, lower body of a Mr Olympia, upper body still 20-25% behind but he's getting there and that's the name of the game - Improvement!

7 - Toney Freeman - Sharp! Rushing his poses? Hams are very good! Sliced! Have the quads lost size?

8 - Johnnie Jackson - Beef!!!! Looks REALLY good! Still holding a tiny amount of water that could come out tonight for tomorrow I hope. That upper body is something else...Jeez! Quads nice and detailed. Crowd likes him. They like what they see!

9 - Ari Kokkonen - Suspect biceps, yuk! Can't concentrate on anything else, shame. Dream Tan, IFBB judges don't like it! Glutes are ripped and quads are conditioned but needs more upper body mass big time.

10 - Yuri Leonov - Took 6th at the Nordic pro, absolute beast of a man! Again, tan is poor. Delts are almost exploding with fullness and detail. Tight condition! Quads are fantastic, entire lower body in fact is impressive. Tan is patchy and yukky, needs to sort that tonight!

11 - Robert Piot - Wow!!!! Holy!!!!! Colour and condition is FLAWLESS!!! Breathtaking to watch. Just wow! He's NAILED it my friends, he said to me earlier that he was better than last week in Spain and he wasn't tellin' porkies! Gets so full and pumped he just explodes with fibrous beef when he hits ANY shot! BOOOMMMM!!! Nice...

12 - Shawn Rhoden - 3 time pro winner for 2012, game OVER!!! Front double bicep one of the best of all time people! Look at THAT, wowzah! He oozes coolness, (much like myself) ahem, posing slowly, quads are dry as they can be but again, a tad watery from the back but not enough to have any issues today.

13 - Ronnie Rockel - Tan is crappy, again. Not getting a huge response here, have seen him drier and fuller, still, does look good as he normally always is. I think he'll improve the more he poses, just a feelin'...

14 - Alvin Small - Crowd goin' NUTS!!!! Front double bicep is 3D! Quads could be drier. Glutes watery, upper body look great though, lots of mass and nice flow. Looks 2 weeks out I'd say. Delts are splintering with detail, definitely bigger than last year. Needs to fill out for tomorrow. Shawn saying he needs to work those arms and laughing.

15 - Tommi Thorvildsen - Not as good as he was back in 2001-2002, arms and quads around the knee have atrophied or torn? Glutes have lost their 'dazzle'. Tan and sheen is poor. Arms just not good. Definite regression. Saw him in Norway a couple years ago and looked like he was on the way back up there. Too much time off from the stage maybe?

16 - Roelly Winklaar - Looks GOOD! Arms are nuts!!! Not as good as Finland but better than last week in Madrid DEFINITELY! Legs look good from the front but flat from the side? Looks smaller than I've seen him this year but he does look pretty good.
