sur le deuxième photo , belle sangle abdominale , il l'air d'être en bonne condition et j'espère qu'il le sera pour rivaliser avec cento et dex

il est en tres bonne condition physique!

Il a l'air de vraiment bien progresser , si il continue il faudra compter sur lui!!

The Anticipation!
As the weeks countdown I am more and more focused on the up coming FLEX Pro. I don't even realize what time of day it is or day of the wee!. My mind is just fixed on what needs to be done in the gym. I just realized that Dexter and Wolf are competing. It made me realize how much progress I've made with my goals in this sport. To be on stage competing with the Blade and the big bad Wolf, as well as other IFBB PROS, is an honor. This reminds me of 2005 at my first national show. I met Dexter, shook his hand, and with a smirk on his face he autographed a pic that said, "I'll see you on stage some day." Here it is 6 years later and I will be on stage with him. The anticipation!

Showstopper Invades LA

Ben "The Showstopper" White is a little more than 3 weeks away from invading the Santa Monica Civic Center Auditorium. Last season, Ben proved that he's for real by winning the Tim Gardner's IFBB Pro Bodybuilding Weekly Tampa Pro and placing a controversial 3nd a week later at Ed and Betty Pariso's IFBB Europa Battle of Champions. In essence, Ben qualified twice in 2 weeks for the 2010 Olympia. As we all know, Ben made the decision to forgo the Olympia to focus on gaining muscle and competing in the World's Strongest Bodybuilder Contest. Since he was able to start bulking up right after his last stage appearance, Ben had a tremendous jump on adding new muscle. "By skipping the O, I have had a chance to gain more muscle and make more gains than any other off-season since I began bodybuilding," says White.



With three weeks left till Ben's triumphant return to the stage, I want to make some predictions...


Here is the safe bet Top 5 (if you factor in Olympia placings and past contest history):

Here are my predictions (based on pictures, gossip, and info):

I'm including several 23-day out photos of Ben White at approximately 260lbs. I expect Ben will be an all-time granite-hard 250lbs come contest time. I know Ben badly wants to place higher than Evan Centopani since he's never beaten him before. Likewise, Centopani is looking to ruin Dexter Jackson's party in California. On the flip side, I'm hearing Dennis Wolf will need to lose a substantial amount of weight in the next 20 some odd days to be at around the same contest weight he was at the Olympia. Hopefully, he's gained a significant amount of muscle since then or, I fear, my prediction will come true and Dennis' stock will drop once again. Regardless, Dennis (along with the rest of the top 5) will have an extra 2 weeks prior to the Arnold to tighten up and come in better than ever.

I'm in the home stretch now. Anybody who knows about dieting, or should I say ‘dieting correctly',

knows that during the last few weeks days become nights, and nights become days. And time is obsolete. I'm still training with ultra-heavy weights which amaze most people. They think that as you get leaner, you get weaker, but that's just not the case with my body. I'm super strong and, from the looks of it, I feel I look better now than I did when prepping for the Tampa Pro (which I won back in July of 2010). It shows me that when I don't listen to my trainer Dave Palumbo 100% of the time, I don't get 100% of the expected results. This time around, I'm listening to 101% of what he has to say and the freaky conditioning I'm getting is amazing even me.

I know cardio can be boring, but for me taking time out to train with my dogs is a great and pleasurable cardio workout. They follow my same diet and training during contest prep. Weight is still 255 and I've been on close to zero carbs for about 3 weeks now. Once a week, Dave's been letting me eat "wings'; my favorite! I never thought food could taste so good.

I'm sitting back right now; sipping some golden tea . . . with my eyes closed. . . envisioning what I'm going to look like for the Flex Pro on February 19th.

With 2 weeks to go till the FLEX Pro, I've begun my purification process. Every evening I light a huge bonfire in my backyard, do some Indian chants and incantations, and I channel my Indian spirits (ed note: Ben believes that all black people have a little Indian blood in them). Just last night, while in the backyard, as the sweat trickled down my face and I gazed through the beads of water that dripped from my eyebrows, I had a premonition! The Showstopper has been reborn! The spirits told me that I will "soar like the eagle" and all the fans, judges, and press will get a chance to see the emergence of the new Ben White come February 19th in Santa Monica, California.



By now, I know that all of you must be thinking to yourselves, Ben White has lost his mind. But never doubt The Showstopper! I know in my heart that the visions I see, repeatedly, will be exactly what I will present to the judges on contest day. I believe this to be true with everything ounce of conviction I have in my soul! See you next week!

il allume un immense feu tous les soir dans sa cour pour faire des chants et des incantations indiennes et canalise les esprits indiens..les esprits lui ont dit qu'il planait comme l'aigle, enfin tous les fans pourrons voir l'emergence le 19 la nouvel star ben!
