Denny Gable

In 1976 Weider's "Muscle Builder & Power" ran a series of buddy training articles featuring Robby Robinson and Denny Gable. They inspired countless aspiring bodybuilders to partner up and duplicate the bombing sessions they voraciously read about. No doubt many lifetime friendships were forged because of those very articles. For that reason we want to thank Robby, Denny, writer and photographer George Mozee for what they contributed that impacted the lives of so many. We also chose today July 22, 2008 to present this as our first feature on Raw-Iron.com.

Denny Gable died Saturday, July 22, 2000 from a pulmonary embolism, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Age 49.

8 years have passed. Denny you are still not forgotten...and never will be!
