Orlando resident Allison Smith shares a prep workout weeks out from the 2012 IFBB North Americans from the Downtown Gym with trainer Chris Eaddy. Allison is also an NPC judge and as significant other to Chris Eaddy assisting promote their two NPC competitions the NPC Sunset Classic & NPC Southeastern USA.
