18-year-old Dominick Cardone trains arms 2.5 weeks out from the NPC Eastern USA Championships. When he was only 16, Cardone won multiple titles in the teen division at the 2010 Steve Stone Metropolitan. Now he is setting his sights on the NPC Eastern USA on November 12th in New York at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center. In this video, Cardone trains arms and lets us in on the perspective of a young bodybuilder entering the sport. Eight weeks ago he started working with George Farah and he says he's never felt better.
