EMS Richard Bokinski could hang out at the fire station and lethargically pack on the weight after graduating FSU, but he's prepping for 2012 NPC bodybuilding instead. Bokinski, also known as Dickbo has moved up in three years from the lightweight class to what he hopes will be the light heavies in 2012. Lamar Byrd, who also trains at the Tallahassee, Florida Golds Gym interviews Dickbo along with others before getting his own workout in for MDTV.
