Womens open bodybuilding starting!

OMENS OPEN BODYBUILDING LIGHTWEIGHT:

AMBER CLEMONS: Thick legs…….. need to be harder however…. Striated pecs. Presentation is awkward. Glutes/hams too soft.

NATALIE BARNETT: Great conditioning….. good back width… ripped abs…. good side triceps…… tight waisted. Quad separation is impressive.

*** NATALIE BARNETT easily wins this class because of her small waist and superb conditioning.

WOMENS OPEN BBING MIDDLEWEIGHT:

MARTHA IBARRA: tan is muddy……. Ripped …….. shredded abs……… striated delts. Good leg separation. Glutes are tight….. waist is a little thick

CHERYL FAUST: good structure….. small waist. Capped striated delts…. Glutes/hams need better conditioning….. she’s about 3lbs too heavy.

PAM WENTZ: Glutes can be a little drier.

SHERRI GRAY: super polished looking….. crazy side leg… glutes/hams ripped. Awesome back-double biceps…… was 2nd to Janet Kaufman at Masters. Should take this class! Impressive

CAROL HANLEY: fantastic leg separation… striated glute and hams. Posing is not great. I’d like to see better hair and makeup………. Fantastic legs!

SUZANNE GERMANO: thickest in the class. Back, delts, pecs are huge. Conditioning is impressive. Packing lots of density. Will challenge SHERRI GRAY!

PAM WENTZ, SUZANNE GERMANO and SHERRI GRAY in middle.. I'd have SHERRI 1st, SUZANNE 2nd, PAM 3rd!

KIM FERRELL: Great arms………. Best she’s looked …… although glutes/hams can be tighter….. Like her structure and presentation is excellent


LADAWN MCDAY: great back double…. Lenda Murray-esque physique. Conditioning is still not tight enough in glutes/hams. But this is a better look for her

AMANDA ALVALIOTI: Tons of muscle. Thick glutes/hams… freaky quads……….hit a most muscular shot from front. Glutes can be tighter.

TERRI HARRIS: Barely lost overall to JANET KAUFMAN at MASTER NATS. She’s awesome. Shredded glute/hams. Fantastic structure. She can conceivably win the overall here.

SHARON MOULD: Packing maximum muscle. Striated glutes and hams. Fantastic tan. A little blocky but love her mass!

JEN GUTIERREZ: Striated pecs.. fantastic back poses………. Ripped abs…..tan is superb. One of the best structures in the class. Top 3 for sure.

KIRA NEWMAN: packed on a ton of mass from last year. Conditioning was better at USA. Glutes/hams too smooth. Holding some water . Super thick quads. Crowd favorite ….she’s got the beauty factor>

KRISTI BRUCE: capped delts….. good back width. Conditioning needs to be better (about 3-4lb lighter)

JANEEN LANKOWSKI: from CANADA…….. fantastic conditiojning…. Packed an extra 8lbs from last year. Super impressive front quad separation. Thick pecs and delts. Polished tan

MICHELE BRENT: been here more times than any other competitor. Striated delts…. Peaked biceps. Glutes can be tighter…… presentation is always spot on! Very professional.

KAREN CONLEY: good quad separation. A little tall so needs a lot of muscle to fill out her frame. Good upper back ……… glutes/hams can use more muscle.

JULIE PEAVEY: striated pecs.. best conditioning I’ve seen her have. Glutes and hams can still be tighter……

HEATHER DARLING: face is too light for body. This is Heather’s best conditioning to date. Super thick back…..ripped abs…. thick delts. Sports over a 500lb bench. Presentation can use work still

WENDY WATSON: Super thick legs…. Crazy calves. Cannon ball delts. Glutes/hams can be tighter. Polished tan.

LAUREN ROTTMAN: good arms. Thick legs. Conditioning is still not what it can be. She can be really good if she gets in shape. Thick back development.

KELI WATKINS: fantastic abs and delts. She brought the conditioning she shuld have had at MASTERS NATS. Glutes/hams ripped. Feathered lower lats. I like her hair and overall look. Should be top 3 in this class.

JULIE BOURASSA: Huge arms. Ripped quads. A little thick waisted. Ripped hams…….. good back double.

GERRI DAVIS: excellent abs. good quad separation. Excellent arms. Good back double. Glutes/hams can be a tad bit drier

WENDY MCMASTER: packing tons of muscle. Ripped and tanned to perfection. Striated glutes………. Crazy back thickness and width. Love her back poses.

GILLIAN KOVACK: huge legs. Freaky delts. Fantastic back double. Very dominant from behind. Huge calves. Good polish!

TAMMY JONES: Biggest in class. Delts are absolutely enormous. Ripped pecs. Striated glutes…….. crazy back shots. Small waist. Has to control midsection on side triceps

VICTORIA DOMINGUEZ: conditioning is off in lower body. Good back development. Quad separation is impressive.

NATALIE RAE ARIEL: Crazy biceps. Capped delts. Small waist. Long torso though. Softer than we’ve seen her (she’s usually peeled). Will the judges like this look better?

TERRI HARRIS in the middle (1st)...... KIM FERRELL next to her (2nd)..... LADAWN MCDAY (3rd)........ pretty much the same as the open!


MASTERS WOMENS BBING HW CLASS:

CINDY JOHNSON: tan is a little weird looking. ripped glutes/hams..... tiny waist. THought she looked better at Masters and USA. Physique is not popping as much

YAMILE MARRERO: ripped pecs..... better than she's been recently but glutes/hams can be tighter..........

NANCY BRIGHAM: was tighter at nationals. Good back development......... I'm not loving the short hair. Maybe glam it up with some extensions? Polished looking
