After playing Division I basketball and finishing up her studies with a Masters degree in Human Resource Management Dana Bodner Posey needed another outlet for her athletic energies. She chose training and competing in figure as that outlet. Posey shares her story in this back training session two weeks from the NPC Florida State ahead of competing in NPC Nationals.
