Canadian Ashleigh Gass does isolated lats training ten days before the figure stage at the 2011 Florida State Championships. Though qualified for nationals by placings she has yet to become a U.S. citizen, which restricts her from competing at the national level. Ashleigh's training smarts are derived from more than a decade of industry experience and on-going academics that currently includes pursuit of an industry related Masters degree. Her girlish good looks are complimented by her intelligent and articulate manner as shown in this clip shot at Muscle City gym in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
