In part 3 Rodney enters a critical phase of his trek toward the North Americans. As cardio is added, calories and carbs are restricted and the demands on his time and energy increase, Rodney must face the inevitable loss of strength that comes with preparing for a bodybuilding competition.

Je t'avoue que les DVD de bodybuilders ne m'intéressent plus trop ,c'est toujours la même chose et j'en ai vu un paquet .Ceux là ont l'air différent et me branchent bien par contre .

De la tuerie ce reportage, j'irai même presque jusqu'à dire mieux que Overkill.

C'est marrant la compète se déroule dans la salle de conférence de l'hotel, c'est cool pour les athlétes, logés sur place!
