Gilles :Roelly seems to be filling out the more he poses...Legs look flat...

Best from the back is Flex Lewis, very sharp, lighting isn't the best though...Really have to look hard to decide, judging will go on for a bit I think due to this.

Next callout - Flex, Rockell, Roelly, Freeman and Piotrikwiciz (typo?)...Wow!

Shawn Ray :Essa & Freeman were off from the start, hard to make up ground traveling on the road. Only thing they could hope for was a "weak" line up. Unfortunately for both, Flex Lewis decided to show up here and deprive on or both of them from an esy Olympia Qualification Spot!

Gilles :Front lat spreas - Roelly easy.

Side chest - Roelly and Rockel, tie

Rear double bi - Flex.

Rear lat spread - Flex's glutes are nuts, very complete.

Side tricep - Normally Roelly's dominant pose, not today.

Shawn Ray :
Toney "Structurally" has a better overall look than Essa. Alothough they are both considerably "Soft" Toney's shape carries him better by comparision.
Essa, has legs that are considerably weak and his torso slightly long with a smooth stomach.
His Legs are slightly Bowed which gives Freeman an advantage at first blush when you look at them together.
Essa will have to find a way to harden up and thicken up, it wont happen on this tour through Spain & Germany.
Toney clearly is not at his best but still has Muscle Maturity, Shape and Balance working on his behalf but again, he may not have enough time to sharpen up without losing more size heading into Germany in a couple of weeks.
Solution:
Essa, take time off and Build back up competing again in 2012.
Toney, get out there while you can, enjoy the tours, stay in shape and continue to show the world that age is just a number!

Okay, interesting line-up, Rockel one of the hyped favourites looks great but still watery from the back...The gut is under control for Ronnie so could this mean a win?

Top 5 seems to be (in no partic order) Roelly, Rockel, Piotrkowicz, Flex and Freeman...

Roelly when he first walked out did not look as impressive as last week, down in size, but, he does come alive when he poses, not as hard or as full as last week for sure but still takes certain poses like the front lat spread and side chest...

Freeman is way off, still, a great structure but not on the money today, still will scrape 5th-6th no doubt.

Flex is dominating from the back due to his conditioning, rock hard and complete, did fuck up a rear lat spread or two, didn't open up fully, but took Roelly and Rockel on hardness by a country mile!

Alvin, flatter and softer, shame, still, he didn't look out of place...Needs to be full to bursting like last week in London at the British Grand Prix...

Essa needs to get more aggressive on stage, looks dazed and confused, great physique but looks defeated and bored! Get with it Essa! Come on mate! I love that guy's physique, he's a monster...As always, rock hard too!


Question is - Could Flex pull a win here? I really don't know, to get past two huge guys like Rockel and Roelly will be tough...Still, for a 202 against 250plus pounders he hold his own...

My take? I think Roelly 1st, Rockel 2nd, Flex 3rd, Essa 4th, Freeman 6th, Piot (etc) 7th, Alvin 8th, Benagli 9th, Marcos Chancon 10th, Angel 12th...

Rockel could take this though, he got more reaction than normal crowd fave Roelly today, that has to tell you something right? Or no?

Roelly est un peu light je trouve et toujours un superbe rockel

je pense que Roelly(BSN) va gagner suivi de rockel et troisieme flex

Si on juge les gars à leurs propre valeur , je mettrai roelly 3eme voir 4eme , il est plat et très light je ne vois pas ce qu'il a d'impressionnant là
Rockel est top et merite de finir premier

Neil: Top three should be: Ronny Rockel, Roelly Winklaar, Flex Lewis.

I have Flex as first because he is the only one who is rock hard, dry, and complete from top to bottom.

Ronny Rockel, a very close second, is crazy full and hard, but a little soft from the rear.

Roelly Winklaar brought a great package, but needs to be a little fuller and sharper.

Whichever way, the placings go for top three, it is going to be very tight!!!

Neil: A little soft. Nice shape and structure. Fluid posing.
Giles: Good legs and nice shape, but not in the running today. Nowhere near hard enough. Watery and soft.

Thomas Benagli:

Neil: Nice shape and structure. Full muscle bellies and good condition. I am impressed with his overall appearance.
Giles: Love this guy's shape. He's packing some serious muscle, but I wish he'd suck the gut in! Great poser.

Marcos Chacon:

Giles: Monster, crowd favourite. Local boy. Great posing music: Highway to Hell.
Neil: Good poser. Good condition and holding a shit-load of muscle!!! THE CROWD IS GOING CRAZY!!

Toney Freeman:

Giles: Great intro to the posing! Would love to look like this guy! But only 70% of his best on the stage today.
Neil: Shape and structure can't be faulted - just out of condition here today.

Flex Lewis:

Neil: One word - Perfection!
Giles: Awesome posing. Great intro. The crowd goes bananas! Doubt he could look any better than he does!

Essa Obaid:

Giles: Big and full. Too laid back on stage - nerves maybe?? Crappy routine, but looking good. What a Beast!

Robert Piotrkowicz:

Giles: Had a bloated gut at the Arnold, but that seems to be under control now. Has improved his shape tenfold. Still preferred him as a lighter amateur.

Arnaud Plaisant:

Too small for this company, but a promising start to his posing routine. Small and smooth. Not a bad robot routine, which the crowd likes. Surprisingly good audience response. Seems good posing is appreciated!

Ronny Rockel

Hmm, looks psyched. Looks like a statue, full as hell. Posing has really improved in the last 5 years. His legs are shredded, posing to Metallica 'fuel' - LIKE IT!

Sergey Shelestov:

Giles: Oh no! I remember this routine from the Arnold - it went on forever, yawn! Big guy with good hamstrings, but tan looks messy. A few years ago, I expected more from Sergey, but he hasn't delivered. A great structure and so much potential. Did the splits - ouch.

NB: Surprisingly lively show for a Bodybuilding Show!


Alvin Small

Oooh - Looks better! Nice floor poses for a big guy! Livelier than last week - thank god. Fantastic structure - 2 years and this guy could be knocking on the top 3.
Enjoying himself on stage with a big smile - Mr Small is BIG! Getting his Groove on and flying the flag for the UK: NICE!! The crowd loves him - 10 times better than last week, came alive!

Mario Von Steenberghe

Shitload of muscle, short torso but wide as hell! Could be harder but pretty good condition nonetheless - doesn't look out of place by any means. Posing to Rammstein, Du Hast (My FAVOURITE LOVE MAKING SONG) AWESOME BACK AND CHEST!

Roelly Winklaar

Looks fuller than earlier, triceps and delts are absolutely nuts. Excellent posing as usual, his appearance is getting better by the minute but can he take Rockel??
