Workout 1 is for beginners who are doing this program. Please repeat exercises by rewatching video 2 more times for 3 sets total:) This is raw and uncut, but that's how reality shows should be, right? LOL! Thanks so much for watching and good luck to those of you working out:)
Another group of exercises to work each muscle group. 3 sets total please on each exercise and make sure to do your 30-45 min of cardio on your non-lifting days. Woohoo!!!!!!!!

OMG I have a hole in my pants! LOL! Here's the first day of our split muscle group program. Upper Body today, 6 sets per muscle group: 2 exercises, 3 sets each. Make sure to increase your weights if you feel you can! Good luck!
LEGS!!!!! WOOHOO! Please take the next day off for rest after you complete your leg day. If you didn't get all your cardio in this week or you just need to keep going, please do low impact cardio (bike, elliptical, walk) if you're not too sore....and STRETCH:) A day off is good for you and your muscle recovery though;) Lots of new exercises next week....and 4 lifting days! :) Go you!
