Lauderdale resident and personal trainer Julio Hernandez took a year off from competing to prep for the 2011 NPC Nationals after qualifying with a win in the middleweight division of the NPC All South. Hernandez is training under IFBB Pro Bill Wilmore and with the support of his wife figure competitor Carol Medina hopes to impress the judges and fans alike at this years nationals in his backyard of South Florida.
