The NY Pro has always been my show of choice because it is only a few weeks after the Arnold, and I love NY. I was debating whether to do this show and walk away with my first pro victory, having placed 2nd there the past 3 years in a row. My deciding factor was getting sick right after the Arnold. It has taken me 3 weeks to get over the flu and a upper respiratory infection. I just began working out this week, and I am very sore. It is going to take me a couple of weeks to regain my endurance, but your body knows when to tell you to take a break! I have began doubling up on my Anavite to help with my recovery and to replenish all the lost vitamins and minerals from being sick. I will soon begin my Olympia prep and will keep you posted on my progress.
