Shaun Clarida "The Giant Killer" 2011

The Giant Killer Shaun Clarida trained at Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym a few weeks ago and is ready to slay some more giants at his next show. Shaun is only 5'2 and competes around 130 lbs but is the first bantamweight and overall to win an overall title. He usually gives up anywhere from 20 to 30 pounds from his competitors but has done well in his bodybuilding career.

Shaun talks about off-season diet and how he does not let his bodyweight get too far from his competition weight. Shaun talks about how his passion for bodybuilding began and also his idols such as Jose Raymond, Lee Priest, and David Henry.
