Jeannie Paparone: Ripped ………… great leg separation…….. ripped back……… glutes and hams can be a little tighter..

Alina Popa: crazy leg separation.. small waist… great lats……… crazy ripped from the side……. Striated glutes and hams…….the best we’ve seen so far. Will be in that top 5 group for sure


Rita Maria Bello: Shredded……… crazy side leg…..cross striated pecs……………… striated glutes better than CORREA……….. having trouble to opening up her back…..cross striated quads….

Tina Chandler: Made some big imrovements the past few years……….. shredded…….. but maybe a little flat…….. great back…… glutes and hams can be a little harder.


Betty Adkins: one of the best structures up there…. Crazy leg separation…… crazy back double. Should be top 5 for sure.

Sarah Hayes: nice structure…….. glutes and hams are weak………..not ready yet for this caliper of competition.


Iris Kyle: Reigning Ms Olympia…….. she’s shredded……. Waist is tiny…….. she’s 100%.......... glutes and striated…….. not quite as hard as at OLYMPIA but she’s still gotta be the one to beat.


Debi Laszewski: I don’t like her bikini top……..distracting……… she IS ripped though………… coming off 3rd at Olympia…. I’ve seen her GLUTES and hams tighter…


Cathy LeFrancois: very flat and dehydrated looking…….. nothing is popping….


Yaxeni Oriquen Garcia: Most shredded I’ve seen her….. striated quads. Good front poses…………… she did her homework……… ripped hams….glutes can be a little harder………….. great upper back


Antoinette Thompson: real cute physique…….. great shape. Not big enough to compete with these girls.

LM: Legs looking great! Better shape than several years. Abs are a bit distracting, kind of smooth. Glutes could be tighter. definitely better than the past.
SR: Big and Shapley.* Slight film of H2O but muscular and better than the Olympia!

LM: In great shape! Conditioning is excellent! Shoulders a tad overpowering. Overall pleasing
SR" Color is a tad orange, Hams a bit soft, good shape! Back is peeled! Structure is appealing!

LM: Tad Blocky but great shape! Suit is not helping her structure. Needs to smile more, work on her opverall presence especially her walk.
SR: Thick back is hard! better condition than her previous shows.

SR: Excellent! Abs, Thighs looking fabulous! I really like her!

SR: Muscular, Great legs, Abs a tad soft. Holding a bit of water but very pleasing to watch pose!

LM: needs more maturity, Overall pleasing shape and obviously softer than the other girls. Needs more time as a Pro to develope.
SR: Pro Debut! Pretty looking woman and body! A tad soft in hams, back is hard and detailed! Wode lat spread. Very good but young

LM: Looks great, tight but could be harder.
SR: Typical iris! Big, Muscular and hard! Thighs are sick with size! Great Calves a tad softer than the Ms. O

LM: Good shape, hard but appearsa a tad Flat. Something is missing. A tad blocky this time out.
SR: Pleasing over all, not AMAZING but hard and compact.

LM: Impressive from the side shots! Crazy calves, very hard! Waist size came down, a tad smaller in size.
SR: 3rd at last years Olympia! Wide Back. Legs are ripped and separated! Working with George Farah.

LM: In good shape today! Not as hard as Iris, Yaxeni and some of the others. if she continues to diet, she will get tighter!
SR: Very pleasing shape! Great structure, vastly improved with tiny waist and good size. By comparision, needs to be harder.
