Just after the 2010 Europa Super Show, Muscular Development's senior web editor Robbie Durand caught up with rookie IFBB Pro Sarah Hayes at Metroflex Gym in Arlington, Texas. Hayes takes us through an arm workout in the Texas heat and tells us about what its like to be a new pro and where she wants to improve. Recently she did a leg workout with Branch Warren that was memorable.
