Flex - very lean, straited glutes, could carry 50 more pounds on his height, will be outsized, at his age, he looks great

Flex - Like a little bother to me. Known him since he was a kid. Great guns on this guy. Legs have always been his problem.

Flex - big boy. Never seen him before. Needs more muscle to be competitive.

Shawn - Soft. Lacks detail. Posing needs work.

Flex - Historically these guys from Egypt have beautiful physicues. Needs more size, detail. Could be contender, just not tonight.

Shawn - Very pleasing look. Not enoughg muscle for this contest. Very good cover guy for a fitness magazine. Appears to be suited for the 202 Division. I wonder what he weighs?

Shwan - Very thickly muscled everywhere. Needs to contol midsection. Reminds me of Johnny Fuller from the UK.

Flex - Needs to be darker. Beautiful lines. He is in condition from the rear.

Shawn - No oil. Good abs. Hamstrings slight. Not hard enough today.

Flex - Possibly the best condtion. Damn Dream Tan on. Striated everywhere. Dialed in 100%.

Flex - Sepearted but needs to be a lot harder. Good serpation, but not heard enough. Looks like a young kid.

Shawn - Very good balance. Too soft to be real competieve. Harder from front than year. Only 26, so he has time.


Cedric McMillan, USA- Pro Debut

Flex - Teh well-awiated Cedric. Seperation up to his hip flexors. Great lat spread from the front. I have him #1. Great gluet and ham sepation.

Shawn - Easilyl the biggest guy in the contest with the widest back. I don't see any weak points. Needs to work on his color. Very complete atheletci physicue. My #1.

JoJo Ntiforo, USA

Flex - The best I've seen him look. Needs more leg sweep. Needs more hardness. Great pec and arm development. Needs more hapstring dev. Very sof from the rear.

Shawn - Very thickly muscled in upper body. Thick skin. Much better. Still needs to learn how to pose his body better and work on his hamstrings and calves.

MARKUS RUEHL….Uber freak!............. packing tremendous mass……… humongous back………….. shredded hams………….. glutes are too soft……….. delts are monstrous…… He’d be dangerous to win this if his glutes had been tighter……..

Flex - My all time favorite. Great to see this big guy back on stage. Not carrying the condition we're used to seeing.

Shawn - Huge. In suprisingly good condtion. Skin is blotchy. One of the wider guys. Still holding a little bit of water. Color is hurting him here. He's just not hard enough. Chest is still noticably torn.

Flex - Good friend of mind. Still needs to bring his legs up. Beautiful lat spread. Big, huge, hard guys.

Shawn - The widest back on the stage today. Legs are still his weakest part due to some early injuries. I've seen him harder. I've seen him better, but overall still good.

Flex - Big musclar guy. Not flowing. Needs more bicep development. Huge calves. Very soft in hams and lot of bady fat around glutes.

Shawn - Big guy. Needs more lat width. Harder from front than rear. Not a real pretty body, but muscular in all the right places. Better from the front than the back.

Flex - Never seen him before. Not going to be a super great night for him. Needs more leg and tricep development. color blotchy.

Shawn - Too soft. Too small. Not ready for this contest. Needs a few more weeks. Very shaky in his posing.

Flex - Probably the best I've ever seen him. Granite hard. Thick. Doesn't have one of the more aesthich phyiscues, but could still be very competitive. Either has a rash or is just blotchy.

Mark Alvisi, je n'accroche pas depuis toujours, il a quelque chose qui ne me va pas dans sa ligne malgré un bon volume et une très bonne séche.

Alexandre a l'air moins bien qu'avant...

Oui finalement Cedric McMillan ne sort pas tant du lot que ca , il reste bien sure enorme mais il me semble que sa condition n'etait pas ultime au prejudjing.

Obaid notament tient bien la comparaison il est plus sec et plus "dur" bien massif egalement .
Bill Willmore perso j'accroche pas , ses bras manquent de volume .

Alvisi ne casse pas des briques comme on aurait pu l'esperer meme si c'est peut etre son meilleur physique
mais bon cela dit il n'est qu'au tout debut de sa carriere

tout comme Curry ...esperons que ses cuisses vont arriver au nieau du haut , la il commencera a faire du degat!
