In this episode Victor Martinez trains a youngbodybuilder and gets a special surprise, Swann Cardot and Yeshaira Robles dish the dirt on the difficulties of being in a relationship with a bodybuilder, Marco Rivera talks about some of the difficulties of his recent contest efforts, Jon De La Rosa undergoes some painful maintenance and gets emotional when talking about his parents and Ben White confronts an old rival and makes a bold bet:

In NYBB Blue Episode 4 we get a behind the scenes look at the difficulties of putting on a large scale bodybuilding competition, as well as the continuing stories of the NYBB athletes, including the introduction of a new athlete, Anthoneil Champagnie and his touching, inspiring story. All smart bodybuilders know that they need to maintain a life beyond the sport. Episode 6 explores how two of the NYBB Blue athletes are preparing for the future. Ben White is faced with a powerlifting challenge and attends to his family as well as his personal training clients. Jon De La Rosa assists fiance Swann Cardot and Victor Martinez in their preparations for the Olympia and finally opens his supplement store:
